Bachelor degree (S1) from any major
Minimum have 2 years experiences in conducting training, preferably in retail company
Willing to travel on assignments on weekdays and weekends
Confident, creative and having good interpersonal skill
Able to work independently and in group as well
Fluency in spoken English is a preferred strong point
Responsible and discipline to finish administrative task on time
